bespline assembles lightweight curved composite panels to create a large, smooth surface for a variety of visual and simulation projections. By eliminating a mold, we enable companies to offer bespoke products with a short lead time and affordable price.

X Track
bespline worked with the developers to create preliminary engineering and the composite construction (material characterization, FEA), first prototypes and initial production.
Replacing truckloads of dirt, custom motocross tracks are made by assembling lightweight modules made with composite panels mounted on aluminium frames and topped with an aggregate surface.
Different modules can be mixed and matched while new shapes are quickly possible using bespline's adaptive mold.
Immersive Display Solutions
bespline makes composite domes ranging from 2m diameter single-panel screen to 10m diameter multi-level screens integrating 20+ panels.

Thin plies are cross-laminated with decorative veneers and/or cores in a cold-forming process on our adaptive mold. These incredibly lightweight, strong and beautiful panels enable free-form designs — with strength, stiffness, shape and thickness tailored for each application.
