Heavy Experience
After receiving a surface model of the soffit panels, bespline delivered and received approval for drawings within 2 weeks, then fabricated 7 bespoke- shaped, sanded and primed panels (50 sq ft) in another 2 weeks.
Synergi
4-story stair project started with design/fabrication of a mockup to compare FR and VOC-free bespline cladding to steel. bespline was chosen due to quality of the curves, the composite panels lightweight and 3X faster lead time due to adaptive molding.
The 28 composite panels were supplied in only 5 weeks with CAD drawings of all exterior cladding and interior step units.

TRU Simulation
bespline collaborated to develop an affordable approach for creating bespoke cockpits for the VERIS virtual reality simulator.
Bespline completed this Bell 505 cockpit (engineering, fabrication and paint) in 10 weeks — making a mold would have taken 10 to 12 weeks and cost more than the finished bespline cockpit.
Denali Simulator
Made in 6 parts integrated via an aluminum frame, bespline completed engineering, vacuum infusion processing of the composite components and assembly much faster and cheaper versus fabricating a mold.
